Video Subscription Bought but not letting me watch

I bought the subscription after creating an account and got an email saying i paid and the money was taken from card but when I go to watch a video it says you need to subscribe, if you’re already subscribed sign in, and i click sign in even though im already signed in and then it just keeps showing the same screen and will not let me watch anything.
