Help: When I open the downloaded materials, there’s no simulator in either xcodeproj. I’m unable to add a simulator. This isn’t the case when I open another project.

This doesn’t seem to work correctly. The cells are constant reloading - once the data is loaded, shouldn’t it stay loaded? If any live app worked like this it would get kicked off the app store. Am I missing something?
