Order Not accepted

Why do I always get “Order Not Accepted” when I’m trying to purchase a tutorial?

I sent an email to FastSpring and cc’d you about this. The order shows a failed payment, so I’m asking them what’s going wrong here and to assist you with completing the order. it may be something to do with the type of payment method you are using, but I’ll have to wait for a response from FastSpring to know for sure what the issue is.

They may reach out to you directly or email me with an answer. If they contact me I’ll forward you their message once I receive it.
