Importing Animated 3D Objects into SceneKit

I want to import and add functions to act on my 3D/rigged/key-framed animated objects (from Blender 3D). Are there books or video tutorial that explain how to implement the code to handle the animation sequences? I am able to export the animated 3D model, and import to Xcode, and SceneKit. And, I have the first keyframes running. I need a tutorial or sample code to have touches trigger other frames, such as run, jump, idle, squat…etc.
