Creating Custom Templates in Xcode

I see there are some extremely involved ways that a person can Create and Save a Custom Template instead of having to continuously edit Xcode templates provided by Apple. My skill level is no where near being able to do that.

I would think that Xcode could include a built-in option to edit and save Custom Templates.

Does someone have a Developer Contact at Apple that can relay this?
