Beginning Git - Part 8: Viewing History | Ray Wenderlich

There’s very little point in creating a nice history of your source code if you can’t explore it. In this video you’ll discover the versatility of the git log command—displaying branches, graphs and even filtering the history.

This is a companion discussion topic for the original entry at https://www.raywenderlich.com/4418-beginning-git/lessons/8

It would be really useful if the challenge pause screen could have precis of what the challenges are please?

Hi @kramer45

Nice idea! This is a suggestion that has already been implemented on recent video courses, and I’m sure that it’ll be carried over to this course when it next gets updated.

Until then, sorry—you’ll just have to pay close attention to me wanging on about what to do!
