Augumenting live camera video with images

Hi 2 all,
I m trying to create an Android app which needs to detect point on forehead, middle and end(from back) of the head and above right ear and augment it with the images,similar to Snapchat lense.
As off now i can able to point forehead using mobile vision library and tried to put some image using the tutorial posted by raywenderich.I got fully stucked on how to find other required landmarks.
Can i proceed with mobile vision for this or i need to use some other AR libraries, please suggest which library best suited for the above requirement.
