Xcode is not installed

My Xcode was downloaded from App Store, I can run other project ,Xcode version is 10.2.1, macOS version is 10.14.4, MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018). when I run ./bootstrap.sh, the terminal shows “(!!) Xcode is not installed”.
I comment three lines about it in bootstrap.sh, it shows:

cp: /tmp/RW/RxSwift/4.4.1: No such file or directory
sed: Libs/RxSwift/Rx.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj: No such file or directory
sed: Libs/RxSwift/Rx.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj: No such file or directory
sed: Libs/RxSwift/Rx.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj: No such file or directory

auto run the project, but "No such module ‘RxSwift’ "!
What should I do?

I have solved this issue by the selected answer in the link below.

Hope it will solve your issue.

OK, Xcode is not installed because I didn’t select the command line tools.
The problem of “No such file or directory”, maybe the network problem, I tried today, it succeeded.

I am also having same issue and I have tried almost step possible.

And then Xcode opens but there is no target created for the playground.

It has now been solved , I had two Xcode installed 10.1 and 10.3 , I had to remove 10.1 and then reset Xcode path . It did not work , but the magic of reboot did it for me
