Which conda env to use for Chapter 5?

Some minor feedback. At the start of Chapter 5 we just jump right in to the content. It would be preferable to let us know which conda env we are supposed to be using. In Chapter 4 we’re told to deactivate the turienv environment (p141), and install two new environments. But not told which we should be using for chapter 5. The “Getting started” section reads “You can continue to use the notebook from the previous chapter or start fresh with the notebook in this chapter’s starter folder.” It would be good to add a “make sure you activate the x environment you set up earlier” step.
