Video always downgrade to lowest quality

I have subscriptions your video. There is a issue when play video .video always change to lowest quality 248 .even I changed to 1080 few minutes.video will auto change to quality again.

Google chrome from Mac . It should be server thing to auto limit down quality. As like YouTube currently downgrade quality
