StartProviding is not called from iOS13

Hello team,

I learned and implemented Files App integration from our page. It was working fine till iOS12.
But from iOS13, everything works well except previewing the file in Files app.
The StartProviding item method is not getting called in iOS13.

Anyone can help me? Thanks in advance.
