Setting Constraints to 0 in XCode 11.3

I discovered that in XCode 11.3 you can prevent Standard overriding constraint choice when you need it to be set to 0 by entering 0.01 instead (thanks to an answer on stackoverview), eg iOS Apprentice 8.1.0 StoreSearch p.1031
