Purchasing/Store Issues

I’m trying to buy a subscription for the video tutorials and every time I enter my card information it says I have to contact my bank and that the payment couldn’t go through. Even though I just used that same card to buy a course on Udemy. Udemy was a test purchase to see if it was the card of the site. Udemy took the card just fine, but RW.com will not.

Anyone else running into something similar?

I was able to bypass the problem by using my paypal account.

Maybe you need to contact the RW support service?
