Project Files will not open

Can you help!!

The project files for the “2D Apple Games by Tutorials” are not opening. Xcode is giving me this message:

… -/rayWenderich - Books/2D_Apple_Games_by_Tutorials_3/15-making-drop-charge/challenge1/DropCharge/DropCharge.xcodeproj cannot be opened because the project file cannot be parsed.

I tried re-downloading them 3 times no luck.
Any suggestions.
