Problems with downloaded playgrounds in Saving Data in iOS

Sorry in advance if this is posted in the wrong category. Site would not list Official tutorials in the category drop down and in the Official Tutorials It wouldn’t let me add a New Topic.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated … not sure what I am missing. I downloaded the zip files for Saving Data in iOS tutorials and when I try to open any of the Starter or Final playgrounds I can’t get either them to work when I open them in Xcode. For example when I try to open playground.xcworkspace it opens a window but just shows loading. I’m using MacOS 10.15.7 and Xcode version 12.2 . I’ve spent hours searching the forums and researching online …not sure what I’m not doing correctly to load the course materials.
