Problem with my purchase

I have a problem with my subscription purchase. It says:

“Hi — there seems to have been a delay with the automatic processing of your order. Your product should be available on the store page within ten minutes, but if not, please email us at support@razeware.com so we can make sure you get access to your purchased product. We apologize for the inconvenience!”
