Can’t follow the demo because App Library is no longer on iTunes 12.7

ok, here’s his reply:
Yes, Apple removed iOS app management from iTunes. Luckily enterprises and education still require that feature so Apple provide an alternative iTunes you can install.

The caveat is that your iTunes library will not be compatible and you can’t have multiple iTunes at once. I created a new iTunes library just for this version to keep them separate.
