My card has been charged, but I didn't get my subscription

I have paid for a monthly subscription, but I didn’t get my subscription. It’s really frustrating, because I bought the subscription to study this weekend. I can’t continue where I left off, because the videos are for subscribers only.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble here :[
I’ve just checked your account and everything seems to be ok so you should be able to access the videos. Could you email support@razeware.com with a screenshot of what you see so we can help you with this.
Also, have you tried using a different browser and/or clearing your cookies to see if that’s the problem?
