Matching A Color In an Image from the iPhone Camera

Hello.

How difficult would it be to take a photo using the iPhone camera of a medical test strip and identify the color. Such as the one here https://mobileassay.com/products/mobile-assay-reader

Is this particularly difficult? Does apple have any api’s already set up?

Hi @cj1, I would maybe go about this by taking a photo then setting that image as a UIImage and using CGPoint to obtain the dominate color. I did come across some CocoaPods that could be of interest.
