Lots of "Error: This image is missing a width attribute"

Some pictures in this book are missing with the message “Error: This image is missing a width attribute”. For example there are 3 images missing in the first chapter. Other chapters have this issue too.

Can these be fixed soon? I would like to recommend this book to someone but not if they can’t see a good portion of the book.

thanks Eugene! it’s the images that use the iPhone keyword instead of width. I’ll tell the web people and hopefully they’ll be able to fix it quickly.
