Lost accounts / lost books

Greetings, I am a rather old user of this account but…admittedly I been away for a while. Yesterday, I decided to log into my account and my email / username wasnt being recognized when I did a password recovery. I then tried to create a new account 1/2 expecting it to tell me “Email already in use” but surprisingly it didn’t and let me create the new account.

Sadly, upon checking my account I do not have any copy of books I won and bought.

Can anyone assist?
