I wonder if Apple would accept an App that display/use content scrapped from another website ? Have anyone done it ? Any comment ?

I am not a lawyer, so this is not legal advice.
In the new technological economy what you have described is aggregator (forced but still an aggregator) Apple would not have an issue with it (at least so far, as of now) however the sites that you would be scraping data off could pursue you to stop doing that before going after you legally.
There are many apps that scrape data and display them in better UI or aggregated forms. That does not mean that I condone this.
