I was wondering if anyone could give me some advise on which book to start with. I am completely new to programming for the most part and I purchased the iOS apprentice book but I wonder if I should have started with the Swift Apprentice again. Either way I know I should go through both of them but for a complete beginner, which is recommended to start with or is it about equal? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

@mapex Start with the Swift Apprentice because it is platform agnostic and uses playgrounds to focus only on the language itself. Then move on to the iOS Apprentice that will teach you how to make apps with the iOS SDK and APIs.
