In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to integrate Google Play Instant with your Android project using Instant Development SDK.
I downloaded the tutorial material, opened the Stater app in Android Studio 3.3, waited for the setup processes to complete, verified that SDK manager has the Google Play Instant Development SDK already installed and ran the app to my connected device (Oreo 8.1).

I tried the Finished project and it opened correctly and ran OK on my device.
