How do I fill Core Data with initial data? The FAQ of the Core Data Programming guide says I can create a separate persistent store. How do I do that?

We ran a tutorial a few years back on how to do this. Here is the link. I realize that it is for Objective-C, but the concepts are still relevant, and can still be used for Swift today with minor changes.
