Getting error when opening Xcode project from Resources

I am trying to open the Xcode project for Drop Charge’s Challenge #1. But I get the following error:

Project /Users/SAL/Desktop/2D_Apple_Games_by_Tutorials_3.0/15-making-drop-charge/challenge1/DropCharge/DropCharge.xcodeproj cannot be opened because the project file cannot be parsed.

Any advice?
