Here are this weekâs new tracksâŠ100% free to use with attribution:
âMYSTICAL HIGHLANDSâ â (Looping) â Perhaps atop faraway mountains where the clouds drift below you. Or maybe in the quiet alleyways of an ancient city.
Here are a couple new music tracks that might work for Halloween projectsâŠor perhaps other things:
âCREEPY HOLLOWâ - Will you venture into the mist-filled forest? This track loops easily, btw.
âTHE ATTIC OF SECRETSâ â (Looping) â A dark, drafty place filled with long-forgotten things. What will you find?
And in that spirit (no pun intended) I have some new free tracks for your spooky projects:
On my Dark / Ominous 2 page:
âThe Haunted Deepâ
âThe Front Door of a Haunted Houseâ
On my Fantasy 9 page:
âGhostly Enchantmentâ (Looping)
Iâve also had all five episodes of my environmental learning series, âDuneâs Islandâ captioned. Please feel free to share with teachers and parents.
Happy Halloween! (Okay, a couple of days in advanceâŠlol.)
Anyhow, to honor this ghoulish holiday, Iâve compiled a list of about 100 of my music tracks that might work for your Halloween parties, events, haunted houses, projects and other things. Make a mix of them if youâd like!
Brand new music tracks are ready for your projects. All free to use with attribution:

And on my Sci-Fi 8 page:

Iâve also created a bunch of new UI sounds. They are here:
SFX â UI
Donât forget my Ogg filesâŠthey sound great (almost as good as WAV files, but are much smaller in size) and are a cool way to support my work and my site.
I finally reached 2000 tracks last weekâŠwoo hoo! Not too bad considering I started the site with 100 tracks.
Anyhow, Iâm a bit under the weather this weekâŠ(back probsâŠugh)âŠbut I did manage to create a few new music tracks for everyoneâŠfree to use with attribution:
On my Fantasy 10 page:
FARAWAY WORLDS CALLING â (Looping) â Ready to go?
On my Chiptunes 3 page:
ARCADE GOBLINS â (Looping) â Running around Pixeltown, causing chaos. Iâd love to hear this in a 2D arcade-style game. Fun stuff!
And on my Nature / Science 3 page:
EXPEDITION NORTH â (Looping) â Embarking for the frozen wilderness. This track might sound nice under the title screens of an adventure game.
In case youâre wondering, attribution information is here:
If you happen to use some of my assets in your projects, please feel free to share (if you wish.) I love to see how creative people are using my work!
Happy February! I hope everyone had a good weekend.

In other news, weâre using social media to share my free âDuneâs Islandâ films with the world. This is a huge challenge as it was a community project and our advertising budget is $0. Hereâs a link to the filmsâŠplease feel free to help us share them with home schoolers, educators and anyone else who might find them helpful. Thanks!
Big news, guys! All of my tracks on my Dark/Ominous page are now available as very high quality Ogg files. They sound amazingâŠalmost as good as the original WAV files that they were created fromâŠand are much much smaller in sizeâŠperfect for videogames. Give them a try.
On that note, some people have asked me why Iâm offering Ogg files when they can simply convert my free MP3 tracks to Ogg themselves. You are certainly welcome to do this, but it wonât increase the quality of the tracks at all because youâre starting with MP3. The reason my Ogg files sound so great is that Iâm creating them from my original WAV recordings.
