Hello. I would like to know if paid premium or subscribed users be able to download the PDF format for the books? Because the PDF format of the ebooks looks more organized and pretty than the Epub or online reader.
or in order to get the pdf format, the user has to buy the ebook individually?

The access to the books for Ultimate Subscribers via the online reader experience. This is brand new to our site and enables you to customize your reading experience through adjusting the page size, font size, the use of the note book which allows you to highlight text and make notes on it to save for later.
Subscribers will not be able to download the book, but if you purchase the book separately, you can download the book in ePub format.
