Don’t know why I’m getting these errors in my MY Locations project.
I guess I’m supposed to know.
I do know that the “missing” files are all there.
This can be really hard to fix and even harder to explain why it happened in the first place. However it may be due to Xcode 8 source control. What you can try (has worked for me) is to do a “Source Control” (in the menu bar) “Commit”. When you have committed the files the issue might go away… Of course there are many other suggestions in many other forums.
