I was able to go that page, and sign up. Is it possible that the site is blocked where you are trying to connect from?

I found the solution.
- Access to yelp site with VPN and sign up
- let’s make a API key
It is not easy way to access for me.
Can’t sign up on yelp either. Getting “Oops, Yelp is overworked right now.”
Google results show people outside of US having this problem since 2018.
As you are selling this book worldwide, you should have your tutorials work worldwide.
