This was not too well explained. I guess I need outside reading to fill in what happened. Why were the diffable Data Sources needed in the first place ?
They’re not needed but this is where Apple’s API is headed as the default so I thought it makes sense to cover both
Agree with artnyoga. Diffable Data Source is a bit too advanced for Beginning Core Data course and just adds the confusion on the table. Previous video was well explained and I don’t see the point of confusing students with extra options. Again, this should be beginners course and lots of advanced topics are covered here.
