Beginning Table Views - Adding and Deleting Items (missing section?)

In the video course “Beginning Table Views” - there appears to be a section at the end of “Adding and Deleting Items” (after Section 31) this is missing - there is no discussion about how the value in the “new” static table view gets added to the array or the accompanying things that should be in that discussion. The code starting in Part 4 - section 33 has a lot added that is not in the video.

I guess I was wrong - the video made is seem like things were missing, but now that I’m into the next section it seems to pick up okay -
