Appstore iOS App not opening in iPhone and iPad

App was distributed through Appstore.
Client uses apple server with VPP tp push app to their corporate devices.
App got installed but not opening (when tried to open it is going away) in iPad and iPhone

I am very new to Apple server and enterprise so looking help to solve this issue.

  5. Fix App Not Opening without Data Loss:
  6. Delete and Reinstall the App:
  7. Reset All Settings on iPhone:
